Tahun ini, 91 siswa berpartisipasi dalam<\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> training <\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">yang mengangkat <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">public speaking <\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">sebagai tema utama.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Mengusung topik <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cPreparing a Generation of Young Speakers Who Can Express Ideas Confidently, Inspiringly, and with Strong Character\u201d<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">training <\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">kali ini menghadirkan Dwi Gayatri M., S.I.Kom. sebagai pembicara. Wanita yang akrab disapa Kak Dwi itu merupakan Head of Swaragama Training Center.<\/span><\/p><p><b>Menyusun Keberanian Berbicara: Mengantar Siswa Memahami <\/b><b><i>Public Speaking<\/i><\/b><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Para siswa datang tepat waktu. Pukul 10.00 WIB, kaki-kaki mereka satu per satu memasuki aula, dengan tangan menggenggam <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">snack<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> konsumsi. Sesi ini memunculkan keceriaan dan keriuhan. Wajah mereka menampilkan ekspresi serius sambil sesekali menertawakan teman maupun dirinya sendiri yang kurang berkonsentrasi.<\/span><\/p><p><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Game <\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">tersebut sekaligus menjadi <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">bridging <\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">ke materi utama yang akan disampaikan. Seorang siswa\u2014yang disebut \u2018menang\u2019 dalam <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">game<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u2014mengatakan, \u201cUntuk memenangkan <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">game <\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">itu, telinga harus mendengar, pikiran fokus, dan bersemangat.\u201d<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Kak Dwi menyetujui hal tersebut kemudian mengaitkan jawaban itu dengan apa yang perlu dilakukan siswa selama <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">training <\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">berlangsung: mendengar, fokus, dan semangat. Melalui pertanyaan itu, siswa merefleksikan ketakutannya masing-masing dalam hal <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">public speaking<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Beberapa siswa menjawab mereka kerap takut dan grogi ketika berbicara di depan umum.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sekilas, pertanyaan tersebut terkesan sederhana. Namun, pertanyaan reflektif semacam itu bisa membuat siswa melihat ke dalam dirinya sendiri. Para siswa diajak mencoba langsung melalui latihan sederhana yang membuat mereka lebih aktif, terlibat, dan memahami bagaimana konsep itu diterapkan dalam situasi nyata.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><\/p><p><b>Menumbuhkan Suara Siswa melalui Kegiatan Interaktif dan Apresiasi<\/b><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Untuk menguatkan kemampuan <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">public speaking<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> siswa, Kak Dwi membangun suasana menjadi lebih interaktif. Kak Dwi sering melontarkan pertanyaan agar siswa berani berbicara dan menyampaikan pendapatnya.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ada juga yang diminta maju, baik untuk berbicara maupun mempraktikkan teori yang telah disampaikan sebelumnya.
